Do you combine shipping?
Yes! On the majority of my items I will combine shipping. Contact us obtain a rate. Please include a list of the items you wish to combine.
Where do you ship to?
I will ship to most countries. All items will have a flat rate shipping cost to Canada and the US. If you are outside those countries please contact us for a rate!
What does the shipping costs include? Does it include customs fees etc? What happens if you charge me way more than the actual shipping costs?
They include the actual shipping costs and a minimal fee to cover costs of the materials used for packaging. All customers are required to cover their own import fees, customs fee, brokers fees, etc. Excess shipping charges will be refunded...I only charge for actual shipping costs and the bubble envelope/box/bubble wrap used. A handling fee is not incurred.
How fast will my order be processed? When do you ship?
I ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays unless previous arrangements have been made. All orders will be processed within 3 days of the payment being received.
How will my order ship? What service do you use to ship?
My default carrier is Canada Post to keep the cost to you down. In some cases shipping via other means (such as FedEx) will actually be lower and I will use them instead (in which case this will be noted in the item description). If you wish for me to use another carrier for your order just let me know!
